Mohamed Mokhtar El-Rafei<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mr. ALRafei is an Adjunct professor at The Research Center for Conservation of Cultural Assets, KURAM, at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Waqf University, Turkey.
