• Preparation of a study to establish a general hospital in Al Rashidiya with capacity of 300 beds.
• Preparing professional study, design and development of 24 health centers with different models.
• Preparing professional study and design for residential complexes in hospitals and health centers
• Preparing professional study and design for city morgue with a capacity of (5000 mortuaries) in cooperation with civil services in Makkah Al-Mukarramah
• Preparing professional study for the project of establishing Al-Raja’i warehouses in the central warehouse area
• Preparing professional study for the project of establishing a dental center at Hira General Hospital.
• Preparing a study and design of many administrative buildings, restaurants, and smart parking areas.

Supervision projects

• General Site Project in King Faisal Hospital ( includes construction of buildings and handling all site operations)
  • with project’s value of [90,000,000 SAR] (The contractor) Ben Semar for contracting
• Project of establishing and constructing (11) health centers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah
  • With a project’s value of [57,000,000 riyals] (The contractor) Al Manzel Al Masy and Delta Al-Bahar Contracting
• Project to establish and equip (5) medical warehouses in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
  • (The contractor) Abdullah Abu Nayan for Contracting
• Supervising many infrastructure projects, electrical and mechanical site operations.

The Secretariat of the Holy Capital

• Providing engineering consulting services regarding surveying process of all infrastructure information in the approved urban plans of Makkah.
  • Duration of the project [24 months, with the value of (3. 285,000) Saudi Riyals
• Surveying operations for the project of developing "Koz Al-Nakasa" and "Al-Kadwa" regions in Makkah Al-Mukarramah
  • in cooperation with the office of “UNIL” in the United Arab Emirates Duration of project (4 months)

Taif Municipality

• Preparing Studies and designs of civil facilities for the municipality of "Ranyah" Project –
  • Duration of the project (6 months) with the value of 330,000 Saudi SAR.
• Preparing studies and designs for the development of wild parks and gardens in "Ranyah" Project –
  • Duration of the project (6 months) with the value of 349,000 SAR.

• Manging site operations for the project of developing civil defense warehouses in Hidd [Makkah Al-Mukarramah] Owner: Technical Department of Civil Defense of the Holy Places - Makkah Al-Mukarramah
• Preparing study of the torrential drainage of Civil Defense warehouses in Makkah Al-Mukhamas and Al-Awali District Owner: Technical Department of Civil Defense in the Holy Places - Makkah Al-Mukarramah

Engineering Arbitration
