- BIN Fayez is a consulting engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering and Islamic Architecture at Umm Al-Qura University in 1425 AH.
- Member of Makkah Region Council from 1434 AH to 1438 AH, during which he received the honor of working work with His Royal Highness, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince of the Makkah Region, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal.
- Member of the Urban Development Committee, Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region.
- Director of Projects and Engineering Affairs, Bisha.
- He resigned from all governmental posts, and started his own private business in 1431 AH.
- Bin Fayez stablished Saad Bin Fayez Al-Halaf Engineering Consulting Office in 1431 AH.
